• Everyone must have a signed liability waiver on file before playing on the Jumper.
  
  
• If a guest is under the age of 18, THEIR PARENT, or LEGAL GUARDIAN of the minor must complete the required Rebounderz waiver (PAGES 1 and 2)
  
  
• If you are 18 or older complete PAGE 1.
  
  
• If you have a child under the age of 18 complete both PAGES 1 and 2.
  
  
• If you have been here before, call us prior to your arrival to validate the status of your waiver on file.
  
  
• We require identification for everyone over the age of 18.
  
  
• A valid Virginia Drivers License or State Identification Card is required to provide proof of age.
  
  
• Waivers are available at Rebounderz or one may be downloaded and printed.
  
  
• There are no exceptions to our Waiver Policy
